"I am in the dark beside you..."

Scooter sang tonight at this chorus thing where they pick songs from musicals and do performances. I wish that I was still in high school and in Chamber Choir so I could have sang. I would have done either "Popular" from Wicked, "Colors of the Wind" from Pocahontas, or a nice duet (with Scooter, of course) like "Now I See the Light" from Tangled.

Anyways, Scooter sang "Johanna" from Sweeney Todd. The second he walked out, I made this weird squeal noise and pushed my hands against my mouth, giggling uncontrollably. I kept whispering "That's my boyfriend!" just like I did when he was in Beauty and the Beast as Lumiere. I love that my boyfriend performs.

When I did this, my friends Jessie and Mac looked at me and laughed. Then he started to sing. I had to keep covering my face because I was smiling so much. My friends kept looking at me because I was squirming and giggling and getting so happy. I started blushing so much, my stomach did cartwheels; it was amazing.

I love my boyfriend so much. I wish I could have been on stage singing with him. I think it would be lovely. Maybe I should write a song with him, make a duet. I don't know how he'd feel about it, but I think it would be nice. We've both written songs about each other, so why not write one together about us?

Scooter is amazing.
